2. Acceptance and legal effect
By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the Site. These Terms apply only to the public Site in its current form. A workshop, paid service, member account or other offering may be governed by additional terms presented separately before the relevant transaction or participation.
If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization in relation to the use concerned. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer or other mandatory law.
3. About the current Site
The Site presents STORYBOARD’s creative work and information concerning creative AI, agentic workflows, creative intelligence and workshops. The current Site is informational and portfolio-led. It does not currently provide user accounts, purchases, workshop booking, payment processing, newsletter submission or a contact form.
References to future workflows, workshops, products or services do not constitute an offer, guarantee of availability or commitment to launch them on a particular date.
4. Permission to use the Site
Subject to these Terms, STORYBOARD grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable permission to access and view the Site and Content for personal evaluation, legitimate business reference or other lawful, non-commercial browsing purposes.
This permission does not transfer ownership of any Content or authorize exploitation beyond normal use of a public website. Any permission not expressly granted is reserved by STORYBOARD and its licensors.
5. Prohibited conduct
You must not, and must not assist another person to:
- use the Site in breach of applicable law or the rights of another person;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, servers, media, accounts or connected systems;
- probe, scan, test or circumvent security, access, hotlinking or usage restrictions;
- introduce malware, harmful code, excessive requests or activity intended to disrupt service;
- misrepresent your identity, affiliation or relationship with STORYBOARD;
- remove, obscure or alter copyright, trademark or attribution notices;
- use the Site to infringe privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark or other rights; or
- use automated means in a manner that materially degrades the Site or bypasses stated restrictions.
6. Intellectual property
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Site and Content are owned by or licensed to STORYBOARD and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws. STORYBOARD’s name, wordmark, visual identity and associated branding may not be used in a way that implies endorsement, partnership or affiliation without prior written permission.
Displaying Content on the Site does not place it in the public domain and does not grant a license to use it for training a commercial model, creating a competing collection, advertising, resale, merchandising, broadcast or other commercial exploitation.
7. Copying, scraping and redistribution
You may use ordinary browser functions to view the Site and may share a normal link to a public page. You may not, without prior written permission or another valid legal right:
- download, reproduce, republish, sell, license or redistribute substantial Content;
- extract or assemble videos, images, prompts or workflows into a separate library or dataset;
- scrape or crawl the Site at a rate or scale that burdens the Site or media infrastructure;
- frame, mirror or present the Site as part of another service;
- circumvent technical restrictions or access media through unauthorized methods; or
- use Content in a misleading context or without legally required attribution.
These restrictions do not prohibit conduct that applicable law expressly permits and does not allow the parties to restrict.
8. Workflows, prompts and information
Any workflow, prompt, experiment, production method or commentary published on the Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes. Creative and AI systems change quickly, and results may vary according to models, tools, inputs, data, settings, rights, budgets, skills and operating conditions.
You are responsible for evaluating accuracy, suitability, safety, rights clearance and compliance before applying any information. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, medical, security or other regulated professional advice. You must independently review the terms, licenses and policies of any third-party AI or production tool you choose to use.
9. No guaranteed outcomes
STORYBOARD does not promise that a workflow, prompt, workshop concept or creative technique will produce a particular artistic, technical, commercial or business result. Examples are contextual and should not be understood as representations of future performance, compatibility or availability.
10. Third-party services and links
The Site uses a third-party media-streaming and content-delivery provider to deliver video and may link to other third-party websites or services. Those services are operated under their own terms, privacy notices and technical conditions. STORYBOARD does not control an independent third party’s availability, security, content or policy merely because a link or embedded delivery request appears on the Site.
A link does not necessarily constitute endorsement. You are responsible for reviewing the terms and policies of a service before using it or providing information to it.
11. Separate member site
The navigation link labeled “นักเรียนเดิม” opens members.storyboard.co.th in a new browser tab. The member site is technically and functionally separate from this public main site and may have accounts, content, rules and data practices not described here. Access to the member site may be subject to separate member, course, purchase or privacy terms.
12. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, restrict or discontinue any part of the Site or Content, temporarily or permanently, for maintenance, security, legal, editorial or business reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, preservation of a particular item, compatibility with every browser or device, or correction of every error within a particular period.
We may update creative work, descriptions and links without notice. If a separate paid or contractual service is introduced, changes to that service will be governed by its applicable agreement and mandatory law rather than this general availability clause alone.
13. Security and access restrictions
We may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict or block access reasonably believed to threaten the Site, media delivery, other users, STORYBOARD or third parties. We may preserve and disclose relevant information where required or permitted by law, including to investigate security incidents or enforce legal rights.
You are responsible for the security and configuration of your own device, browser, network and software when accessing the Site.
14. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. STORYBOARD disclaims implied warranties or representations concerning uninterrupted access, error-free operation, completeness, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and compatibility, except to the extent such a disclaimer is prohibited by law.
This clause does not exclude an express written commitment made in a separate signed agreement or any warranty, remedy or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, STORYBOARD will not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive loss arising solely from use of or inability to use this free public Site, including loss of opportunity, anticipated profit, goodwill or data, where exclusion of that category of loss is lawful.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. No fixed monetary liability cap has been adopted in these Terms.
16. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will be responsible for reasonably foreseeable losses, claims, costs and expenses suffered by STORYBOARD as a direct result of your material breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the Site or knowing infringement of another person’s rights. This responsibility is limited to the extent the loss was caused by your conduct and does not require you to indemnify STORYBOARD for its own negligence, unlawful conduct or breach.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without prejudice to mandatory rights that apply under another law and cannot validly be excluded. Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute by written notice describing the issue and requested resolution.
If a dispute is not resolved through good-faith discussion, it will be submitted to the competent courts of Thailand, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction or dispute-resolution rights available under applicable law.
18. General provisions
18.1 Severability
If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect where legally possible.
18.2 No waiver
Failure or delay in exercising a right does not waive that right. A waiver is effective only for the specific circumstance for which it is given.
18.3 Assignment
You may not transfer your rights under these Terms where doing so would impose obligations on STORYBOARD without our written consent. STORYBOARD may transfer these Terms as part of a lawful reorganization, merger or transfer of the Site, subject to applicable law.
18.4 Entire understanding
These Terms constitute the general agreement concerning use of the public Site. They do not replace a separate written agreement governing a workshop, commission, membership or paid service.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in the Site, law or operations. The revised version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively from publication unless applicable law requires another process. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance only to the extent legally effective.
